Synopsis:
Set during the Manchu Dynasty of China in the mid 1700s, Man in Charge tells the story of an official adviser, Chow Bing, and his relationship with the young county official, Shum Kwan-Pok. A skilled adviser trained by his master Tai Yau-Kung, Bing obtains a secure job as Kwan-Pok's private adviser and the two become good friends.
